- Terms Of Return: (Due to the nature of our product / products we do not accept returns. Instead we offer Replacements or in certain cases Full Refunds that are valid only within 30 days of your purchase date)

- Process For Replacement / Refund: (To initiate a Replacement or Refund do email our customer support team via email : support@sporeup.com , add Replacement / Refund Request on the subject-line followed by your order number)
- Support Case For Replacement / Refund: (Once you contact our support team, you’ll need picture evidence to support your case. To prevent misuse of our policy, a few isolated spore syringes of every batch ever made are saved. If your reason for Replacement / Refund is contamination, just know that we have samples of all available batches made until sold out. This means we will test the sample on agar through High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) via a flow hood which ensures a continuous flow of highly filtered, ultraclean air. Please allow 5-8 business days for sample test results.)
- Replacement / Refund Verdict: (If sample shows signs of contamination of any type, we will approve your Replacement / Refund request & immediately dispatch a Free Replacement or a Full Refund at buyers request. We will also offer a one time 20% Off Discount Code for any product in our store. If sample does not show signs of contamination you unfortunately do not qualify for a Replacement or Refund. Multiple violations via misuse of our Return & Refund policy may result in a permanent ban from our marketplace.)
