How long till my order ships out?
Most orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours via a USPS Tracked service. However, please note that certain products are made to order and may require a handling time of 5 to 7 business days. Any items with extended processing times will have a notice included in their description.
How should I store my spores / isolated plates or syringes?
Optimal storage conditions are paramount when handling spore prints and swabs. Keep them in a cool, dark environment, or even better, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. With proper care, they can retain viability for many years. Similarly, isolated spore syringes, agar plates, and wedges should be refrigerated to maintain their integrity. While they can last up to a year, it’s advisable to use or transfer them as soon as possible for optimal results. By adhering to these storage guidelines, you ensure the longevity and viability of these valuable genetics.
